Hollywood Bowl Performance Announcment:

Jamie Cullum, Count Basie Orchestra, Christian McBride Situation

Wednesday, August 20th – 8:00 pm

British singer/songwriter/piano Jamie Cullum returns to the Bowl August 20th. Cullum, a 28-year-old sensation acclaimed for the masterful blend of standards, interpretations of current music, and original compositions that comprises his CDs, is equally renowned for his dynamic live performances.

McBride is a Grammy-award winning bassist touring with a new band including DJ Logic, Jahi Sundance, Patrice Rushen, Walter Smith and Maysa.

The Orchestra, of course, has been an institution since 1935 and still contains a number of musicians who were hand-selected by the Count himself.
