Giving you the opportunity to voice your opinion
and show how much you know about Jazz.

First Contest Poll: Wednesday, August 13th

Contest Details:

Every week All Your Jazz will post a new poll, asking your opinion on a jazz topic. The poll is located on the right-hand side of any page on http://www.allyourjazz.com. From the day that the poll is initially posted, you will have 7 days to vote.*

In addition to voting, you will also have the opportunity to explain, in greater detail, why you have chosen that particular answer on the poll. You can do this on our forum by clicking on the “Elaborate on you Selected Answer” link below the current poll.

All submissions to the forum are read, and the person with the most thorough and convincing argument (as judged by All Your Jazz) will win one of a number of prizes - from discounts on online sheet music to deals on iTunes downloads, huge discounts on musical instruments, and even signed copies of the latest jazz releases.

Based on the quality of the submission, we may also give the winner the opportunity to join our team as an official contributor and author of All Your Jazz (though you do not have to accept).

At the end of the week a new poll will be posted on All Your Jazz, but you will still be able to view last week’s poll results by clicking on the “Results of Past Polls” link directly below the current poll.

Submitting Your Opinion On The Forum:

You can access the Forum by clicking on the link below the poll on any one of All Your Jazz’s pages.
Once on the forum, simply reply to the topic “Poll Of The Week (POW) & Contest,” under the date for that specific poll - NO REGISTRATION NECESSARY!
Please leave your email address with your post, so that we may contact you in the event you win the contest. If you do not feel comfortable leaving you email address on the forum, please send it to us at:

Official Rules:

1. Each person may only vote once per poll, and only one opinion submission per person will be considered for the contest.

2. To be considered eligible for entry, submissions must not contain any profanity, inappropriate content, or display any explicit mention of or reference to that which could be considered in poor taste. Just keep it clean and fun!

3. Poles will begin and end every Wednesday (12:00 pm, PST).
