Are You a Full-Time Student under 21? Jazz Bakery announces half price shows for those with an ID
If you are a full-time student, and are 21 years of age or under, you can get great deals on jazz shows at the Jazz Bakery in Culver City, CA!
KKJZ, a community-based jazz radio station out California State University, Long Beach, has been giving Southern California the latest news on jazz artists and events for almost 30 years now. They build their reputation not only on their playlists, interviews, and jazz news updates, but also pride themselves as a station from the community and willing to give back to it.
After looking through KKJZ’s website, we noticed that there is a great opportunity for students to experience the jazz scene live. KJazz likes to spread the sound of jazz around to as many in the community as possible, and this is a great example.
They are bringing news that full-time students 21 years of age and under have the opportunity to get into some of the greatest jazz shows in Southern California – FOR HALF PRICE!
The Jazz Bakery, along with KJZZ, are doing what they can to encourage young fans to experience live jazz. As most know, jazz shows and performances can be a little costly (depending on the venue) – especially when they feature prominent artists. The idea with this promotion is to invite a certain audience of the community – younger students – to partake in these great events without worrying about how they are going to pay rent then next month.
This is truly a great deal that The Jazz Bakery is offering, and all young students who like jazz or love it (or just occasionally want to hear it) should take the opportunity to make your way over to one of the many great performances hosted at The Jazz Bakery.
