The Monterey Jazz Festival is proud to announce that Terence Blanchard, the Festival’s 2007 Artist-In-Residence, has won his fourth Grammy, winning “Best Jazz Instrumental Solo” for his performance on the classic Dizzy Gillespie composition “Be-Bop” from the recording Live at the 2007 Monterey Jazz Festival by the “MJF 50th Anniversary All-Stars.”
