<p><strong>Mel Martin</strong> is a composer, arranger, bandleader, saxophonist and flute player &#8211; one of the most versatile and creative musicians to ever emerge from the San Francisco Bay Area. <p><strong>Joe Chambers</strong> ranks as one of the most notable drummers and percussionist of his generation, and staple of the venerable (and once independent) Blue Note Label. His intense drumming graced many landmark albums including: Hubbard&#8217;s <a href="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0002A2VMI?ie=UTF8&#038;tag=alyoja-20&#038;linkCode=as2&#038;camp=1789&#038;creative=390957&#038;creativeASIN=B0002A2VMI"target="new">Breaking Point</a><img src="http://www.assoc-amazon.com/e/ir?t=alyoja-20&#038;l=as2&#038;o=1&#038;a=B0002A2VMI" width="1" height="1" border="0" alt="" style="border:none !important; margin:0px !important;" />; Shorter&#8217;s <a href="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000005GZP?ie=UTF8&#038;tag=alyoja-20&#038;linkCode=as2&#038;camp=1789&#038;creative=390957&#038;creativeASIN=B000005GZP"target="new">Schizophrenia</a><img src="http://www.assoc-amazon.com/e/ir?t=alyoja-20&#038;l=as2&#038;o=1&#038;a=B000005GZP" width="1" height="1" border="0" alt="" style="border:none !important; margin:0px !important;" />, <a href="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00004X0QN?ie=UTF8&#038;tag=alyoja-20&#038;linkCode=as2&#038;camp=1789&#038;creative=390957&#038;creativeASIN=B00004X0QN"target="new">The All Seeing Eye</a><img src="http://www.assoc-amazon.com/e/ir?t=alyoja-20&#038;l=as2&#038;o=1&#038;a=B00004X0QN" width="1" height="1" border="0" alt="" style="border:none !important; margin:0px !important;" />, <a href="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0000BV212?ie=UTF8&#038;tag=alyoja-20&#038;linkCode=as2&#038;camp=1789&#038;creative=390957&#038;creativeASIN=B0000BV212"target="new">Adam&#8217;s Apple</a><img src="http://www.assoc-amazon.com/e/ir?t=alyoja-20&#038;l=as2&#038;o=1&#038;a=B0000BV212" width="1" height="1" border="0" alt="" style="border:none !important; margin:0px !important;" />, and <a href="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000005H1C?ie=UTF8&#038;tag=alyoja-20&#038;linkCode=as2&#038;camp=1789&#038;creative=390957&#038;creativeASIN=B000005H1C"target="new">Et Cetera</a><img src="http://www.assoc-amazon.com/e/ir?t=alyoja-20&#038;l=as2&#038;o=1&#038;a=B000005H1C" width="1" height="1" border="0" alt="" style="border:none !important; margin:0px !important;" />; Tyner&#8217;s <a href="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0002KQO0S?ie=UTF8&#038;tag=alyoja-20&#038;linkCode=as2&#038;camp=1789&#038;creative=390957&#038;creativeASIN=B0002KQO0S"target="new">Tender Moments</a><img src="http://www.assoc-amazon.com/e/ir?t=alyoja-20&#038;l=as2&#038;o=1&#038;a=B0002KQO0S" width="1" height="1" border="0" alt="" style="border:none !important; margin:0px !important;" />, and Chick Corea&#8217;s <a href="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00000IH9G?ie=UTF8&#038;tag=alyoja-20&#038;linkCode=as2&#038;camp=1789&#038;creative=390957&#038;creativeASIN=B00000IH9G"target="new">Tones for Joan&#8217;s Bones</a><img src="http://www.assoc-amazon.com/e/ir?t=alyoja-20&#038;l=as2&#038;o=1&#038;a=B00000IH9G" width="1" height="1" border="0" alt="" style="border:none !important; margin:0px !important;" />. </p>
